My story is both simple and complex.
I started in the treatment room as a licensed esthetician, helping launch first-to-market medical spas in the mid-2000s. That hands-on foundation eventually led me into corporate beauty, where I worked with major global brands like SkinCeuticals under L'Oréal and PCA SKIN under Colgate-Palmolive. Across education, sales leadership, and global brand marketing, I’ve gained a uniquely versatile skill set—one that bridges product development, sales strategy, and full-funnel marketing.

But behind the glossy campaigns and clinical claims, I saw a pattern I couldn’t ignore: brands claiming to support professionals while prioritizing metrics, market share, and boardroom applause. The people doing the real work—small business owners, passionate founders, and service-based practitioners—were often left out of the equation and left to figure out growth on their own.

What most people don’t realize is that throughout those years, I wasn’t just selling skincare.
I was consulting with hundreds of businesses—from solo estheticians and med spas to dermatologists, local wellness clinics, and independent entrepreneurs—guiding them through real challenges: attracting clients, building loyalty, optimizing operations, managing teams, and hitting revenue goals.

That deep, hands-on experience became my favorite part of the job.
And over time, I realized it was the work I was meant to do.

It showed me that whether you're selling facials or florals, herbs or handmade goods, the heartbeat of any business is the same: purpose, people, and profit.
