Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy To honor both your time and ours, we kindly ask all clients to review the following booking guidelines before scheduling: Deposits & Payment A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. This amount will be applied to your total service cost. Final payment is due before service delivery or as outlined in your custom agreement. Cancellations & Rescheduling We require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will forfeit the deposit. No-shows may be subject to full payment of the scheduled service. Timeliness Please arrive (or log in) on time. If you're more than 15 minutes late, your session may be shortened or rescheduled at our discretion. Project Timelines For digital or consulting projects, timelines are collaborative. Prompt feedback and materials from you are essential to stay on track. Delays in response may push project delivery timelines. Communication All official communication will be conducted via email. Please allow up to 2 business days for responses. Voxer, text, or Zoom access may be included in certain packages or retainers. Refund Policy Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once work has begun.
